If universities were once symbols of elite education where a small number of intellectuals gathered, in today's Korean society, they have become a staple of mass education and a universal path in life. As they have become spaces passed through by countless young people, universities hold densely layered records of our society's transformations and the daily lives of individuals.
Here, students have learned and socialized together, creating memories under the name of "us." The university was a site of student movements calling for democratization, a free hideout where individuals showcased their personalities and allowed culture to bloom, and a foundation for growth where each person dreamed of tomorrow and sought their own path.
While the appearance of the campus has constantly changed over time, the stories we wrote within them remain vivid. This exhibition highlights the evolving university culture and the diverse landscapes of campuses from the 1970s to the present. From the excitement of admission to the sadness of graduation, we invite you to recall your time as a university student and encounter once again the fragments of "us" that remain in your memories.
