The entire Sangsu-dong alleyway transforms into a festival stage for the '2026 Aseureung Festival@Sangsu' on October 10th. The event features street performances, the 'Aseureung Run,' various experiences, and a flea market throughout the area. As the organizers say, "When you wander leisurely through the streets, you start to see each other."

Hosted by Culture Terrain Research Institute (CTR) with support from the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the festival will take place from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM on Saturday, October 10th.

T-money: Where to Buy It, How to Top It Up, and Which Foreign Cards Can Load It
A plain T-money card is bought and topped up with cash, and that has not changed. Since March 2026 a phone version can be loaded with a foreign Mastercard, Amex, UnionPay or JCB.
